Oval Chainrings
Bio-mechanical studies show that Q-Rings provide better performance than conventional chainrings. The effect is achieved by making the largest muscle groups in the legs more effective and eliminating the dead centre when pedalling. This results in a much smoother and rounder ride overall, with less muscle fatigue.
